Please note conditions:
- Special rates may be available for 3 or more weeks booked in succession.
- Weekly rates include cleaning
- Nightly rates are for a three night minimum, add $180 for cleaning
- Taxes of 10% are added to the above rates.
- Security/damage deposit of $500 per week is required to reserve the house. Assuming there are no problems, the deposit will be refunded within one week of the departure date.
- Dogs are allowed, with a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
- The full rent and taxes are due 8 weeks in advance of arrival date.
- Payment can be made by check or credit card: MasterCard, Visa, or Discover
- Smoking inside the house is NOT permitted. Violation will result in automatic loss of security deposit.
- $500 off regular price for 2 weeks, $1,000 off regular price for three weeks, and 1 week free for 4 weeks at regular price.
- Check in time is Saturday, 3:00 PM and check-out time is Saturday, 10:00 AM. These times have been established to allow the highest standard of preparation for incoming guests.
